Indo-German Bilateral Workshop on
Green AI for HealthCare
& Mental Wellness
Hosted by Prof. Iryna Gurevych & Prof. Tanmoy Chakraborty
Fully funded by the Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC)
About the Workshop
Organized by the Indo-German Science and Technology Centre (IGSTC).
This Indo-German bilateral workshop will focus on Green AI for Healthcare, addressing the environmental and societal impacts of Generative AI with particular emphasis on sustainable, efficient models for real-world healthcare deployment.
Highlighting mental health as a critical yet under-resourced domain, the workshop brings together experts and early-career researchers through keynotes, technical sessions, panels, and posters. By linking environmental sustainability with healthcare equity, it aims to foster cross-border collaboration and lay the groundwork for future joint initiatives in human-centred, sustainable AI.
